From 13th October 2025 you will be able to contact our practice quickly and easily using Accurx Triage – a simple and secure online system.
Use it to:
- Ask about a health problem or symptoms
- Request a sick note or medical report
- Get help with prescriptions or test results
- Ask general administrative questions
Just fill out a short online form, and our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours. There’s no need to call or visit the practice unless we ask you to.
What you should know
- Accurx is an approved NHS supplier. Your information is safe and only used to manage your care.
- Medical requests: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-6:30pm (closed weekends/bank holidays).
- Admin requests: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-6:30pm (closed weekends/bank holidays).
- We cannot give medical advice if you are outside the UK.
- Be clear and specific when submitting your request. Upload photos if useful. Submit ONE issue per request.
