Letters

Due to a significant increase in incoming workload, a new process has been implemented. All letters received from patients or hospitals may now take up to three working days to be reviewed, processed, and filed into your records.

If a hospital has indicated that a letter is urgent, it will be prioritised accordingly. For non‑urgent enquiries regarding your personal hospital correspondence, you may be advised to call back once the processing period has passed.
