Surgery Update – 22nd January 2021

We are continuing to hold Covid Vaccine clinics at the surgery. As soon as the vaccine is delivered we set up clinics and will phone patients directly to book them an appointment. We are currently inviting those patients aged over 75 (working from the oldest first) The next cohort to be invited are those patients over 70 and the clinically extremely vulnerable as per government guidelines.

Please wait for us to contact you – Thank-you

Some patients may have received national letters inviting them to book at mass vaccination sites in neighbouring areas. The letters make it clear that this is one option and that patients may also choose to wait for their GP practice to contact them. Further information can be found here:

We are continuing essential services at the surgery, including telephone consultations. We are still carrying out such procedures as childhood immunisation clinics, dressings, urgent blood tests, cervical smears (72 so far for the month of January).

Please phone reception if you are unwell and you will be directed to the most appropriate clinician.
