If you have had a procedure on the NHS, you will be told if you need to return to your GP surgery for stitches (sutures) to be removed.  You should also be told when they should be removed.

Please make sure you phone us to book your suture removal appointment with a nurse in plenty of time.

If you have paid privately for your medical care, your consultant should advise you when/where to have your stitches removed.

Please be aware therefore as a NHS primary care service we cannot remove stitches following a non-NHS procedure/operation at this surgery.
