Did you know that for routine appointments you do not need to call at 8am?
- You can call anytime, our lines are open 08:00 – 18:30 Monday – Friday.
- Please only call and queue at 8am If your appointment is an emergency on the day.
The reception team will ask you a few questions to ensure you are booked with the appropriate Clinician. We have given patients the choice whether they have a telephone consultation or a face to face appointment!
- We offer pre-bookable appointments with a clinician.
- You do not need to ring at 8am for routine appointments.
Urgent Appointments
- Bookable by calling on the day at 8am
We reserve a number of appointments each day for urgent cases. If you need to see a doctor urgently, please advise the Receptionist at the time of booking. Please ensure that you only request an urgent appointment for treatment of conditions requiring immediate consultation.
More than one problem?
- Each appointment booked with a clinician is to discuss 1 illness only.
Don’t worry – we’re here to help. Just let the receptionist know that you’re calling about multiple issues and they’ll help you by booking a longer appointment slot.
This is unlikely to be booked on the same day you are requesting.
