As growing demand continues within the NHS, we have realised that our telephone system needs to better support the changing needs of general practice.
We are, therefore, pleased to let you know that our current phone system is being replaced with a new and improved system which will support both the needs of patients and staff.
This new phone system allows for increased functionality, enabling a more efficient customer service for our patients. It has unlimited lines and allows calls to be queued. (Please note that we still have the same number of staff). It also comes with call recording, which enables the effective training of staff to enhance the service for patients. Our commitment to ensuring GDPR and cybersecurity compliance will continue, to ensure the appropriate treatment of patient data.
