Appointments Patient Update

In accordance with NHS England recommendations, the surgery has had to turn off the facility for patients to book appointments online.

Appointments can now only be made by phoning for an appointment, and all calls will be ‘screened’ first if a patient is suffering from any symptoms linked to COVID-19, or have recently travelled abroad. Where possible, telephone consultations will be booked to restrict the number of patients visiting the practice.

We appreciate that this will impact on the time it takes patients to make an appointment however these are the preventative measures recommended by NHS England to try and manage the spread of COVID-19. We ask for your patience at this difficult time and we would like to thank our reception staff in advance for the increase in their workload.
