Young Person Dementia

Purpose: YWPD operates across Berkshire supporting people diagnosed with young
onset dementia and their carers – helping them to live well after diagnosis.
Dementia is ‘young onset’ when it affects people of working age, usually between
30 and 65 years old. The Charity operates out of its hub in Wokingham and provides
activities and 1:1’s with people diagnosed with early onset of dementia and support
for their Carers.
