Sounds Delightful Ear Wax Removal

Ear wax removal service is now available at the surgery by Sounds Delightful and we are offering face to face appointments.

Under the current regulations we can only offer routine wax removal services. To assess this we will need to ask you some questions which can be completed either by email or by telephone in the first instance.

Attending your appointment

The Hearing Aid Audiologist will call you before your appointment to confirm you are well and have not been requested to self isolate. They will meet you outside of the surgery and we will socially distance for as much of the appointment as possible. You will need to wear a face mask for the appointment as per current guidelines. The Hearing Aid Audiologist will be wearing appropriate PPE during the appointment. A gap between patients allows for thorough room cleaning and avoids patients crossing paths.
