Concerns, Complaints and Compliments
We hope that you will not have reason to raise a concern or complaint, but we realise that sometimes this is not possible. Firstly, we would like to encourage you to contact our Practice Manager, Susan Vickers, to resolve the issues within the Practice. Please contact her either by letter, telephone on 01344 773418 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and mark your email ‘Concern’ or ‘Complaint’. Alternatively, you can give us feedback via our website.
Our Practice policy is not to respond to any complaints that we may see or hear about on social media concerning any members of our team. We would much prefer you to contact us directly so that we can hopefully deal appropriately and swiftly with any issue you may have.
